While the world and workforce has changed vastly over the years, we still find that it is still dominated by males. This episode is not about feminism but meant to highlight the fact that there is still struggle for women to rise to the top where the seats are most often occupied by old, white men. We have built ourselves and other women up along our journey and want to share how you can do the same with some specific points that could go a long way in yours.
