The Powerful Role of the PM (Project Manager)

Have you ever been in a meeting where no one seems to ‘have it all under control’? Being left with an uneasy feeling that no one is taking the reins and making sure that everything that was discussed in the meeting is going to happen- balls are dropped and details are missed. In this episode, we define and detail what a good Project Manager is and why they are crucial to a business. It’s important to define the role of a successful PM and layout the characteristics of a great one. A great Project Manager is more than just loving spreadsheets and Gantt Charts, although they love those too.
