Anne grew up at P&G—but don’t let that fool you. Her path was anything but traditional.
She spent her first decade in R&D and product development and her second in brand marketing and communications. Along the way, she discovered the powerful link between brand building and leadership development—and how both can shape high-performing individuals, teams, and businesses from the inside out.
Today, Anne specializes in the unique space where leadership development and business growth intersect. She helps leaders strengthen who they are while strengthening the businesses they lead equipping them to tell their stories with clarity, attract the right customers, and grow with purpose and long-term sustainability. With a gift for seeing what others miss, she connects deeply, identifies core challenges, and uncovers potential opportunities they didn’t even know they had. April spent the first 15 years of her career exploring the ins and outs of agency life, discovering early on that her true passion lies in building high-performing leaders from the inside out.
A firm believer that learning never stops, she has intentionally shaped her career to gain the experiences that allow her to tackle complex challenges with confidence and clarity all while cultivating thriving teams and strong organizational cultures.
With a foundation in design and an MBA in business, plus years across agencies in branding, design, CPG, advertising, and production, April has done far more than the work itself. She has mastered navigating tension, managing people and personalities, and identifying and delivering the right work to the right clients. These skills have been invaluable to drive business and leadership success.
Today, April develops leaders and teams to deliver real business results. She partners with leaders to build confident, capable teams, cultivate strong cultures, and drive organizational performance.
